What to bring

• 01Every report you haveBiopsy report, scans (CT/MRI/PET discs or films), blood tests, previous prescriptions — even the ones that seem irrelevant
• 02Your Ayushman card, if you hold oneOr your ration card / Aadhaar — eligibility for free treatment is checked at the same visit
• 03A family memberTwo sets of ears remember more than one, and decisions are easier when they are shared
• 04Your list of questionsWrite them down at home. No question is too small, and you will not be rushed

What happens at the consultation

The surgeon reads your reports first, then examines you, then talks — in Hindi or English, whichever you prefer, and in plain words. You will hear what the reports actually say, what (if anything) needs to be done, and what the options are, including the option of doing nothing yet.

If treatment is needed, you leave with a written plan: what will be done, where, when, what it costs, and what your scheme covers. If we need one more test before deciding, you will be told exactly why.

What the visit costs

The consultation fee is told to you when you book — no surprises at the desk. Eligibility checking for Ayushman and other schemes is free. If you are covered, the treatment plan that follows is costed against your scheme before anything is scheduled, in writing.

Where to come

Lucknow (Jagrani Hospital, Ring Road, Kalyanpur) runs OPD all week and is where surgery happens. Hardoi, Sitapur, Raebareli, Amethi and Lakhimpur Kheri run weekly OPDs — see the Locations page for days and booking numbers. Come to whichever is closest; the standard of the consultation is the same.
