Privacy Policy

What we collect

When you submit an enquiry or appointment form we collect what you type: name, phone number, and optionally email, a preferred date, a centre, and notes you choose to share about your condition. We collect nothing you do not type. The website does not require an account and does not ask for payment details.

Why we collect it

For one purpose: so our team can contact you about the consultation you asked for. Health details you volunteer in the notes field are used only to prepare for that conversation.

Where it goes

Your enquiry is stored in our own secure database and, so the front desk can follow it up, is copied into the practice-management system we use to schedule appointments (ClinicOS). Both are accessible only to the CoreOnco care team. If you press send on the appointment form, your phone also opens WhatsApp with a short message pre-filled — your name, number and a reference — so you can continue the conversation there if you wish. That step is optional and the details you typed are with us whether or not WhatsApp opens.

Cookies

The website sets one session cookie while you use the appointment form, which expires when you close the browser. If you arrive from an online advertisement, a small cookie called co_attr remembers which advertisement for 30 days, so that we know which of our outreach actually helps people find care. It contains no personal information and is not shared. We use no analytics or advertising cookies from third parties.

Who can see it

Enquiries are visible to the CoreOnco care coordination team and the treating doctors — no one else. We do not sell, rent or share your information with advertisers or third parties. If you contact us on WhatsApp, that conversation is additionally governed by WhatsApp's own terms.

How long we keep it

Enquiry records are kept for 24 months from your last contact with us, so that your history is available if you return, and are then deleted. You can ask us to delete your enquiry data sooner at any time by emailing care@coreonco.com, and we will — unless a clinical record obligation requires otherwise, in which case we will tell you what is being kept and why.

Analytics

We use standard, privacy-respecting analytics to understand which pages help patients, measured in aggregate. We do not build advertising profiles of visitors to a cancer website.
